Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,600 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description: Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for day shifts (4x10s, 06:45 – 17:15) with liver transplant call coverage. Will assist in other transplant surgeries when not assigned liver cases. Candidates must be proficient in organ implantation, not just procurement. Requirements Requirements: 2 years of direct liver/transplant OR RN experience Proficient in Misonix/CUSA Experience with liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplants Must have ACLS & BLS (at submission); NIHSS required before start On-call: 1 shift/week two 12-hr weekend shifts/month Must be nicotine-free (testing required) Will float within scope Pending license accepted All RTO must be submitted upfront Scrubs: Ceil Blue Charting: EPIC Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care, Teaching Start Date: 3–4 weeks out (next orientation) Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
