settings. This position is responsible for developing,

multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery, resource
allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards. They serve as
a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and
community organizations to facilitate access to mental health
resources and support. Ultimately, the role aims to improve patient
outcomes by fostering a coordinated, compassionate, and
evidence-based approach to mental health care. Minimum
Qualifications: . Strong knowledge of mental health disorders,
treatment modalities, and community resources. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with
diverse populations. Proficiency in data management and reporting
tools relevant to healthcare program evaluation. Preferred
Qualifications: Certification in Mental Health First Aid or Crisis
Intervention Training. Experience working with multidisciplinary
teams in healthcare or social service environments. Familiarity
with electronic health records (EHR) systems and mental health
software platforms. Bilingual abilities or experience working with
culturally diverse communities. Responsibilities: Develop and
manage mental health programs and initiatives tailored to community
and organizational needs. Coordinate with healthcare professionals,

delivery. Monitor program effectiveness through data collection,
analysis, and reporting to stakeholders. Provide training and

organizational policies related to mental health care. Advocate for
