Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Officer to provide first-line
support and manage IT-related operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot technical issues
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external IT support
Assist in IT project delivery, including testing and user
training
Required Qualifications
Degree in computer science, information systems, or related
field
Minimum of three years of experience in IT support and
management
Experience with cloud-based productivity platforms and remote
support tools
Knowledge of information security principles and incident
management
Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication
skills
